They used to be good, we cancelled our contract over 2 years ago sent all the boxes back, and yet EVERY month they still take our money, and every six months take a renewal fee, despite many emails and calls they continue.

Like Joe, the previous reviewer, I am also a Forces veteran (RAF) - and rarely write reviews. This one is totally warranted - an excellent company with superb customer service and a great product. Easy to instal, miles better than needing a cumbersome and unsightly sat dish and an after sales service that never disappoints from a team of polite and knowledgeable people. I love this company, the guys here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I wanted a way to watch certain channels in Spain when at our property there but didn't want to sign up to a yearly contract, Josh went through all my options, explained how to set up the VPN router and get my vouchers, the customer service is second to none - other companies could learn a thing or two from these guys.
I wholeheartedly recommend Skycards.eu - just wish I had known about them sooner! Good job guys!
I spent a lot of time deliberating whether to order or not, the exchange rate sucked so made it seem expensive. But finally decided to order it. My equipment arrived a week later (might have arrived quicker, UPS got the package from UK to Canada in 3 days but took them longer to get it the final 50 miles) Nice thing was it worked right out of the box. I’ve only had Sky Stream for about a week but it just works and I’m loving it.Great having Sky sports again and to have some great UK entertainment to watch.
Tom and the team have been awesome and very patient when I was trying to decide and answering all my questions and when I wanted a channel pack added, I just emailed them and it was done in a couple of hours and even on a Saturday. I will definitely add another review when I’ve had it a few months.
But for now I’m impressed all round.

Good rapid responses.
I have been impressed with the reactivity speed of the Skycards team. I have been using their services for at least 10 years now, and they have always responded quickly to any issues I may have had. The new stream services are very flexible, despite the very slight reduction in HD picture quality from the satellite viewing we were used to... I will try the UHD to compare. Skycards also offer competitive rates for the equipment, which is not to be sniffed at... Thanks go to their team. Regards Andrew

Sky Stream for Canada? Just get it !!! You won’t regret it !!

An awful service
Unfortunately, I am joining the one star reviews. And one star is too many. I have been fed a lot of lies, by the owner and when I decided to cancel there were more lies and threats to prevent me from quitting. For some reason the guy thinks that people who live overseas don’t know consumer laws. How arrogant.
Eventually I was partially refunded. He has kept £126 as a sweetener.

Really pleased with our new Sky Stream…
Really pleased with our new Sky Stream system. Fantastic that we can now receive Sky TV in Canada. I would like to feedback that Tom was informative and had patience with us to help with the queries we had.
My husband loves Formula 1 and Football, this service helps him keep in touch with his sports and I can watch the movies.
Delivery was very quick considering we are so far away. We were concerned about receiving it before Christmas but it arrived in 3 days by UPS and they had already arranged the import so we didn't pay any additional duties.
Overall a massive relief to receive our channels again, I would recommend their service to anyone.

Excellent service and product
Many years ago I bought a sky box and card for my satellite TV. I was highly impressed with the service I received and the fact that when I telephoned with a problem I was having it was actually answered be a real person and they were knowledgeable and sorted me out straight away. So when I decided to get a VPN router I went back to them. Again, excellent service. The emailed instructions were flawless and I was up and running in about 15 minutes. The VPN works with BBC iplayer and Britbox and has not dropped at all in the few days since I received it. I highly recommend this product and this company.

Great UK VPN products, amazing customer service
I have been using two products from Skycards for several years now (a dedicated router, and their Android/Windows app). Both work as advertised, and give excellent UK VPN access.
Unlike another reviewer, my router worked 'out of the box', with no set-up required.
I did need some help with the Android app, but the response by email was both rapid and very easy to follow. And I have recently needed to get the router to work with Starlink, which requires a setting change, and again the customer service has been exemplary, super-fast and super-easy to action.
Can't recommend them enough if you want a VPN service to allow easy access to UK content that just works (at least from France where I use it from!)

credit card details at risk, service poor and slow
Ordered their VPN service and router: A-Z very poor experience.
1. You get a shipment from Amazon with the VPN router. I do not remember giving consent that they may order in my name from Amazon. Seems to be their way of getting around import taxes
2. You need to set up the service yourself and fiddle through the VPN router menu
3. The VPN service uses old and outdated vpn protocol: pptp - which explains why the connection is slow and insecure
4. I had a failed credit card payment. They asked me to update the details on their website which I did. I was then manually charged, which can only mean they openly store and handle my credit card information which is a violation of PCI regulations. A day later and the service is still blocked and they now claim they never received a payment. I have proof of their charge here.
In conclusion this seems like a poorly run organisation selling a dropship service from Amazon and have the customer self-install outdated services only to back this up by even worse service.

We’ve been using Skycards for over six years now. Bearing in mind that we’re based in rural France, we expected that our communications might be a little difficult. Far from it – we’ve been tremendously well supported. Even through the national rollout of fibre connection across France the set up has remained stable and effective. On the odd occasion that our VPN has acted up we’ve been fortunate that Josh is the one who’s picked up our service request – his speed of response and attention to detail are second to none. We listen smugly to friends who have difficulties with other providers and always take the opportunity to recommend Skycards. And we won’t stop! Thank you all.

Customer Service at its Best
In a world where many customer services are either abroad or working from home it is a delight to find a company at the top of their game and a support worker Josh who knows how to deal with non-technical customers such as myself. We live in France and required access to UK programmes.
Josh was in a word “ superb” ! Patient, informative and helpful. Plus he was contacting me at 10 pm in the evening.
He took me through all the steps to set up firstly a VPN network and then how to connect to NOW TV
Before I retired I was Marketing Director for a very large and well-known company
I know Customer Service at its best.
This was at the highest level possible!
